Sibuk n busy!

Saya dah mula nak stress bila tengok senarai tugasan yang menimbun. Ada 3 assignment yang perlu dihantar Sabtu ini, tapi satupun belum siap. Menambahkan kesibukan lagi apabila Aimi pun akan mendaftarkan diri ke SBP Rabu ini, so sibuklah shopping apa yang patut, cari itu ini.

Semalam, Faiz balik dari Ipoh untuk tandatangan borang PTPNnya. Semalam juga saya terlepas mesyuarat SPKM (Standard Penentu Kualiti Murid) sebab x dapat maklumat. Pasal SPKM tu banyak jg la kerja nak kena buat dengan segera sebelum Selasa ini. Mcmana assignment saya? Dah la hari Rabu ni sibuk pendaftaran Aimi. Saya tidak mahu rekod A untuk tugasan saya lebur!

Akhirnya sayapun duduklah depan komputer ni. Pegang buku tu x kena, buku ni x kena...otak saya dah bersimpang siur! Last, saya menaip kat sini..he he, release tension la konon! Lepas ni saya akan sambung balik kerja saya. Babai!

Tolong translate!

Sekarang musim assignment. Semester ini saya kena wat jurnal berdasarkan satu kaji selidik. Saya dah cari bahan dan soalan untuk kaji selidik ni. Masalahnya banyak yang saya dapat tu dalam B.Inggeris. Nampak macam mudah je, tapi bagi orang yang bermasalah menguasai BI mcm saya ni, agak susah. Jadi tolonglah saya buat translation untuk soalan2 di bawah:

1. I engage in physical exercise on a daily basis.
2. When I don't exercise I feel guilty.
3. I sometimes feel like I don't want to exercise, but I go ahead and push myself anyway.
4. When I miss an exercise session, I feel concerned about my body possibly getting out of shape.
5. I may miss a day of exercise for no good reason.
6. Sometimes, I find that my mind wanders to thought about exercising.
7. I have had daydream about exercising.
8.I keep a record of my exercise perfomance, such as how long I work out, how far or fast I run.
9.I frequently "push myself to the limits."
10.I will engage in other forms of exercise if I am unable to engage in my usual form of exercise.

11.Do you often drink during training?
12.Do you eat in the first hour after training?
13.Do you take food/drinks with you when you travel?
14.Do you often eat out?
15.Do you check food labels?
16.Do you like try new foods when away from home?
17.Did you ever see a nutritionist?
18.Do you use nutrition supplements?
